HOW IT WORKS
Top up from your F9 Account with Wompi: COP $50,000, $100,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 or another amount between the current minimum and maximum.
Your balance is credited automatically when the payment is approved. When additional validation is required it may remain under verification for up to 24 hours.
Pay for your whole order with F9 Balance, with no external window. When you pay 100% with balance you receive the F9 Balance benefit: a discount on eligible products.
Balance not enough for the whole order? Use it first and pay only the remainder with Wompi. While Wompi confirms, that part of your balance is held; if the payment is not approved, it becomes available again.
FASE NUEVE may give you bonuses in campaigns, compensations or through F9 Referrals. Each bonus shows its value, issue date, validity (at least 12 months) and conditions.
Share your F9 Referrals link. When someone you invited completes their first eligible purchase, you receive an F9 Balance bonus.
Every movement is recorded with date, concept, reference, credit, debit and balance after. Nothing is deleted: corrections are made with visible compensating movements.
